Glen Lerner

Over the last 32 years, Glen has built one of America's most well-known law firms, Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys. They employ over 450 people and invest more than $35 million a year in advertising. Glen is deeply involvedf in building his brand and strong relationships with clients. With Enspire, the newest chapter in his career, he aims to inspire people with stories of faith and triumph.

Glen’s upbringing was no silver-spoon attorney story. At the age of five, his father was arrested for a double murder, and he spent nearly 19 years behind bars. Though his family relied on welfare, Glen was determined to rise above his circumstances. His resilience led him to fight for the "little guy" against big insurance and corporations. As he puts it, "I grew up fighting bullies every day of my life. Now I do it as a grownup, and I earn a living doing what I love to do…fight!"

Glen also operates Lerner and Rowe Gives Back, a charity that has been honored as the Most Philanthropic Business in Phoenix. Their outposts in Chicago, Las Vegas, Indiana, and Albuquerque have returning millions of dollars to their communities. In one year, they distributed 9,000 backpacks full of school supplies and provided 10,000 Thanksgiving meals to families in need.

Glen graduated in 1987 from Duke, where he majored in Religious Studies, and graduated from Tulane Law School in 1990. He is married to the love of his life, Robynn, and they have four children, including two who are married. Glen is now a grandparent to twin boys.
