Glen Lerner
CEO
Over 30 years ago, Glen founded Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys, one of America's most well-known law firms, employing over 400 people and investing $35 million annually in advertising. With Enspire, he aims to inspire others through stories of faith and triumph.
Raised in adversity, Glen grew up with a father in prison for nearly 19 years, and his family relied on welfare. But his resilience led him to fight for the “little guy” against big insurance and corporations. As he puts it, "I grew up fighting bullies every day of my life. Now I do it as a grownup, and I earn a living doing what I love: fight!"
Glen also leads Lerner and Rowe Gives Back, a charity that has been honored as the Most Philanthropic Business in Phoenix and returned millions to American communities. In one year, they provided 9,000 backpacks full of school supplies and 10,000 Thanksgiving meals to families in need across five states.
Glen graduated from Duke in 1987 with a degree in Religious Studies and earned his law degree from Tulane in 1990. He is married to the love of his life, Robynn, with four children and two grandchildren.
